Citrix Systems (CTXS)

March 19, 2009

Dear Fellow Option Trader,

Citrix Systems Inc. (CTXS) is a software company that allows software to be delivered "on-demand" whereby most of the application is run from a central location and what the end-user works with is simply a visual presentation of what the application is showing.

On-demand software is a major secular growth trend in software. Some of the most successful examples of this include Google (GOOG), Salesforce.com (CRM) and CTXS.

Many older software companies sell software that is stored on the end-user's PC. The transition to shrink-wrapped software sales to on-demand is tougher than it looks. That is making many of the on-demand companies acquisition targets by some of the older, more established technology companies.

To position ourselves to profit from the growth in this sector, we recommend buying the CTXS June 30 Calls (XSQFF) for 65 cents or less.

Have a great day trading.
