Sell the TV April 15 Calls (TVDC) for 75 cents or better
Dear Fellow Options Traders,
On Jan. 23, we recommended you buy the Grupo Televisa (TV) April 15 Calls (TVDC) for $1.90 or better. As we know, the market dropped from the end of January to a March 9 new low.
The market and Grupo Televisa have made a strong recovery, but the time spent going down then up has hurt the options premium in this position. April expiration is in nine trading days, and this is a short trading week. The upcoming three-day weekend will further erode the time value of the position. With the clock running out, our objective is to minimize loss.
As a result, we recommend closing the TV April 15 Calls (TVDC) for 75 cents or better.
